SERVANT LEADERS ADVANCE 2025:
A HISTORIC HIM GATHERING
Global fivefold leaders converged for a pivotal time of connection and vision pointing to revival and reformation.
On Wednesday, April 23, HIM leaders from key nations across the globe gathered in Pasadena, CA, for the Servant Leaders Advance, a strategic meeting that focused on navigating this hour of revival and reformation. As the HIM network continues to expand into 70-plus nations, this gathering served as a powerful space to align fivefold leadership and cast fresh vision for the global harvest.
The Servant Leaders Advance began at 1 p.m. on the grounds of the historic Ambassador Auditorium campus, where the annual Global Summit conference would commence later that evening. Throughout the afternoon, we heard important updates from HIM President Ché Ahn as well as conference speakers Lance Wallnau, Lou Engle, and other HIM commissioned leaders.
Going From One Level of Glory to Another
Apostle Ché opened up the Servant Leaders Advance in setting the stage for how God is moving among the nations. “I really believe that we are on the verge of the greatest revival,” he declared. “If we are stepping into another Great Awakening—if we are truly in revival and reformation—then we are going to see this principle of revival: that we go from glory to glory.”
“The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former…” – Haggai 2:9a
After noting how multiple moves of God were birthed in California—from Azusa Street in 1906, to the Jesus People movement in 1967, to the Mott revival meetings culminating in 1998—Papa Ché shared a personal testimony of “the greater works” being done in this season.
In early April, Papa Ché saw a dead person raised to life after he prayed for Bishop Juan Carlos Mendez, who suddenly collapsed on the scene of a live press conference in Altadena, CA. The doctor on the scene found that Bishop Mendez had no pulse for two and a half minutes, but after Papa Ché prayed for him, Bishop Mendez immediately opened his eyes and was alive again.

“We are in an epic season of transformation,” Papa Ché concluded after recounting the testimony. “We are going from one level of glory to another.”
A Great Shift Is Taking Place
Next, HIM prophet Lou Engle shared about a great shift taking place in the Body of Christ: “I believe the days of TheCall were like a ‘John the Baptist’ storyline. But now I feel we are moving into the ‘Behold the Lamb of God’ storyline.”
Lou proceeded to share several dreams that God has given him, depicting the move of God in the United States and specifically California. The common thread among these God-given dreams is that we are in the beginning phase of a Great Communion Revival.
“We are heading into a revelation of the Lamb—that will carry the most explosive dimension of authority over the principalities and powers in America—and it will be centered around a revelation of the blood,” Lou Engle declared.

Seven-Mountain Leaders in the Himalayas
HIM marketplace apostle Bedu Lopchan gave us an update from his ministry in Kathmandu, Nepal. He recounted how apostolic alignment has led to many breakthroughs along with a strong desire to see revival and reformation come to Nepal, which is a predominantly Hindu nation where Christians are a growing minority.
Most recently, Bedu launched several small businesses in collaboration with his spiritual sons and daughters. This year, he is forming the new “Seven Team Nepal,” selecting seven key leaders from a network of over 700 churches in the Kathmandu Valley. Prophetic words spoken over his life—including the acquisition of a strategic property—have confirmed his call to mobilize leaders across business, media, education, and ministry.
Nepal is currently facing significant challenges, including government corruption and increasing opposition to the church. Despite this, Bedu and his team remain focused on spreading revival and establishing lasting reformation across the nation.
As they prepare for a major launch event in July 2025, they are asking for continued prayer and support for what God is doing in Nepal.
Apostolic Expansion in the Middle East

“Pastor N.” shared how the Egyptian government recently gave his ministry a plot of land worth 17 million Egyptian pounds (approx. $350,000). Because of this supernatural provision, they are planning to build an apostolic training center to equip and send forth leaders throughout the Middle East. Their network is already reaching 17 Arab nations, and they are believing God to raise up more “honorable men [who] will come out of Egypt” (Psalm 68:31).
Join us in praying that God would release supernatural grace, wisdom, and favor over Pastor N. and his ministry, as they navigate continued tensions in the Middle East and seek to bring the gospel to Muslims in the power of the Spirit.
From the Frontlines in Communist China
“Pastor J.” is a newly commissioned HIM apostle and attorney who leads a growing network in mainland China. His church has exploded to over 2,000 members despite the mounting persecution from the Communist government.
At this time, China is tightening its grip over all forms of religious expression. For example, if you are under 18 years old, you are not allowed to step foot into a church building. Aside from the government’s strict policies, so many distractions in society are drawing people away from the church.
Nevertheless, Pastor J. sees the Ekklesia being purified like gold through the fires of persecution. During this crucible of pressure, many humanistic churches in China are being dismantled, while the true church is being restored to God’s original design. In the book of Acts, persecution and revival were two sides of the same coin, and so it is with modern-day China.
Agree with us in prayer for Pastor J.—that God would strengthen our brothers and sisters in China, that they would rise and shine the glory of God into their nation, and that they would be “more than conquerors” in the midst of challenges and persecution.
A Fresh Move of God in South America
We also heard from Israel and Jennifer Arimborgo, newly commissioned HIM apostles who shared about their ministry in Peru. The Arimborgos are following in the apostolic footsteps of Israel’s parents, who have been planting churches in the Amazon for 50 years. When Papa Ché visited Peru in 2023, they hosted an unprecedented number of leaders, including 1,500 pastors, at an event that brought spiritual breakthrough to their region.
Since that time, Israel and Jennifer joined HIM and have seen increased breakthrough and blessing in their ministry. They are continuing to steward this Spirit-inspired momentum by planning a regional conference in 2025, a national conference in 2026, and an international conference in 2027.
Let’s thank God for how He is moving in Peru, and let’s continue to bless what the Holy Spirit is doing in that nation. More, Lord!
Interceding for South Korea’s Future
HIM Korea Apostle, Dr. Jung-Shik Hong, recounted how South Korea is facing massive political upheaval. After the contested 2024 election, the far-Left party gained control of Congress and impeached 29 officials. In December, conservative President Yoon declared martial law to expose corruption and foreign influence, particularly from the CCP, but was later jailed and removed from office.
In response, nearly a million Koreans now gather every Saturday for peaceful marches and prayer, calling for national repentance and reform. Many citizens, especially Millennials and Gen Z, have awakened to the depth of their national crisis. In the midst of this, a grassroots revival is emerging on the streets as people turn back to God, including many who had left the church.
With a special presidential election set for June 3, 2025, Dr. Hong strongly believes that if the election system can be protected, hope for change remains. Christians across Korea are praying fervently, trusting in God’s promise for the nation to be a free and Christian nation, as envisioned by its first president. They are asking apostles and prophets around the world to join them in prayer for this critical moment.
HIM Family, we unite in prayer and decree that June 3rd will be a day of new beginnings for South Korea. We stand in solidarity with our Korean brothers and sisters, and we pray that God would turn this situation around for good and bring reformation to South Korea’s government, in Jesus’ mighty name.
It’s Time for Reformers to Build!
Kingdom strategist Lance Wallnau shared insights about discerning the way God is moving across the USA in this hour: “Revival is personal and localized… but reformation is institutional.”
In this season of reformation in America, Lance described President Trump as “a wrecking ball” in a divine plan to overhaul the corruption atop the seven mountains of culture. He then brought the topic home to apply to us strategically:
“If Trump is pulling it down, what are you going to build in its place? …What are you doing in this moment of reformation in your country? We don’t have times like this happening in the earth often, but right now, you have stability, and you have freedom to preach. How are you going to use this moment to influence your own government and nation? Because if you’re not careful, you’ll end up thinking too small.”
God is calling us, the Ekklesia, to ascend every mountain and to occupy the high places in our field of expertise. We will respond to the high calling of God and catalyze Kingdom movements in our nations!

Papa Ché concluded the Servant Leaders Advance with a call to action surrounding next year’s Global Summit.
Our annual HIM leaders conference (April 7-10, 2026) will dovetail into a stadium event on April 11, 2026, focusing on revival and reformation. This event will be held at the LA Memorial Coliseum on the 120th anniversary of the Azusa Street Revival. It will also be significant for our movement as we prepare to celebrate the 30-year anniversary of HIM!
